With more than 20 years of leadership in healthcare and wellness operations, Jennifer brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge and a passion for self-care to the spa environment. Behind the scenes, she works closely with providers and staff to ensure services are seamless, safe, and enjoyable. From refining treatment offerings to improving client experiences, Jennifer’s focus is always on helping each client feel cared for, confident, and refreshed. What excites her most about her role is seeing the transformation in clients, and the renewed confidence and energy they carry out of the spa. When she’s not at Flamingo, Jennifer is most likely with her family—or proudly cheering on her youngest son at a Mercer football game.
